White-labeled Quote Builder for Foxway

Updated the UX and UI of Foxway's Quote Builder, a tool their partners use to generate live buyback and trade-in quotes for used devices, then track them through to a completed deal. Applied the component library I'd built during an earlier Foxway project to speed up the redesign, within a tight launch timeline.

Key screens

Quotes and deals

This is the starting point of the flow, where partners create a new quote and get an overview of everything in progress. Status flags like "expiring soon" and "draft" surface what needs attention at a glance, across both quotes and deals in one filterable table.

Quote draft

Partners search for and add devices, setting condition, quantity, and margin per line. Buyer price and client price update live side by side, so nothing gets miscalculated at handoff to the client. The draft can be saved to finish later, or turned into a quote immediately once everything's set.

Quote

Once confirmed, the quote locks in for a defined number of days, giving the partner a fixed price window to close the deal with their client. The partner can see all the high-level information at a glance alongside a full device breakdown.
Once the partner and client agree on pricing, the deal can be created directly from the quote, setting everything else in motion.

Deal

Once a deal is created, it moves through a tracked process from quote confirmation to invoicing, shown as a stepper across the top. The same high-level and device-level information from the quote carries over, now tracked through to completion.

If a device's condition changes once Foxway inspects it, for example faulty becomes working, the price updates and the change is flagged directly in the device row, so nothing gets lost between what was quoted and what was actually delivered.

White-labeled for partners

Partners like Click and Elisa see the tool in their own brand colors rather than Foxway's, keeping the interface consistent while letting each platform feel like their own.
